[10] a good understanding have all they that do his commandments...


You read one of God's commands in the Bible, then you go and obey it. This often gives you greater understanding of the command. The next time you obey the command, you do a better job of obeying it.


For example, you give a poor person some money, according to


Proverbs 28:27 KJV

[27] He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.


After that, the poor person is always pestering you about giving them money. So from then on, you give poor people money anonymously.
