Obey God even when you have absolutely no desire to obey.

Luke 17:9-10 KJV

[9] Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.

[10] So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.


You must obey God, just because He commanded you to. There are many other good reasons to obey God, but this one reason is enough. Even when you strongly desire to not obey God. Your desires do not matter. Obey God anyway.
