Are all Jesus’ disciples saved? No.
John 6:66 KJV
[66] From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
Salvation is by trust in Jesus as Lord and Christ. Some people become His disciples for reasons other than that trust. For example, for money, to get a spouse.
John 6:26 KJV
[26] Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
Are all saved people disciples? Yes.
John 10:2-4,27 KJV
[2] But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
[3] To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
[4] And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
[27] My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Colossians 3:24 KJV
[24] Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
Other Scriptures say essentially the same thing.
